People love equipment Pilates for the challenge, the experience, and most importantly —the results.
Using the equipment for your Pilates work allows for postures that you couldn't execute properly otherwise and challenges coordination, strength, and flexibility. This is a mental workout as much as a physical one. Hence, it's best suited for those who want to deepen their mind/body connection. As you advance your work the benefits and fun build exponentially. You won't regret it. Let's get started.

At Home Alignment
'I never thought I would like this so much." — David M., Mountain View
We believe in a welcoming environment and are dedicated to helping people. We hear our clients and really focus on what we can to take them to the next level. At times that will be physical, and at times mental. You will be coached in the traditional work of Pilates, and educated on key principles such as: breath, control, precision, relaxation, flow, centering, concentration, and whole body movement.
Children love to be active, so Pilates exercises for kids will feel like play. By starting Pilates at an early age, they will enhance their connection between the mind and body, learn how to engage their core muscles and build abdominal strength, and how to breath properly. In the case of Pilates, you are really never too young (or too old) to start.
