We are a small Pilates and Restorative Exercise™ training studio in Los Altos, California. We are a full service studio and we have Reformers, Towers, a Cadillac and Pilates' Chairs as well as TRX. Our sessions can include cardio training on the jumpboard, lengthening and stretching, strength and endurance training as well as myofascial release and stress reduction.
