Healthy, Happy, Functional Feet Workshops
We are excited that you are taking a huge step towards improving the health of your body, and will learn how to help others as well. Alignment starts with the feet, like the tires on your car. You wouldn't want the extra wear and tear on your car when your tires out of alignment —it's the same for your body.
May 9 Figure Out Your Feet
Do you have foot, ankle, knee or hip pain? How is your alignment? We will investigate your feet with objective tests and begin the process of unraveling any mal alignment that has caused you grief (or prevent it from coming). We will investigate your shoes - bring any pair you wear often. We'll talk about how feet are "passed down" and how to ensure children in your family can get off on the right foot. Find out how important your feet alignment is to preventing osteoporosis.
May 23 Fix Your Feet
What can your feet have to do with other parts of your body? Can strong feet and healthy muscles change your pain in your hips or shoulders? Find out (hint: YES). How you can incorporate little changes into your daily life and get big results. What products might be able to help - or even what you can use at home that you may already have. The absolute most important stretch you can do for your body and your alignment, and many more.
