Pilates (at home or travel) Floor Work
You can get a great, full body work out on your own home, hotel or in laws house while you travel. The trick is to use what you know from class to make these movements work for you. Don't just go through the motions, you want to practice your best form - you get better at exactly what you do. So if you do them well, you will get stronger and better! If you don't.... then you will only get better at doing them in the less desirable way! It is better to do 5 movements very well then 100 sloppy ones (as Joe P. sort of said - his exact quote is elsewhere on this site :-) I hope to improve and expand this section over time. Please check back whenever you need to refer or find new material.
