Restorative Exercise™ (RE) is a health promoting movement program designed to help you learn to move your body the way it was designed, in a biologically optimal way. It is an exercise program that will help you restore your muscles to their appropriate length, improve your circulation, minimize wear and tear on your joints, and repair damage to your entire body. This is science.
RE was developed by bio-mechanist, Katy Bowman, MS and was created using principles from biology, geometry, physics, engineering and applying them to the human body. Each exercise was designed to support the natural function of the body, and to help you develop the strength and flexibility which is vital to your health.

Worth every penny. Once you have downloaded your snack(s) you can view them, use them as many times as you like. They are yours to keep. Saving them in iTunes or something similar works well.
I suggest starting with something we have worked on in class that you know might be a "sore spot". Pelvis, feet and neck are always good choices.
