I wish I could say that doing Pilates alone will cut it. It certainly helps in many very important ways - however, most people will need more. They need help and support. They need community and accountability.
So in an effort to create that, we are now starting a weight loss specific program. All people in the class will have a common goal and hope to create instant community, accountability and motivation.
We will do Pilates together, like a normal class - but with stations so that we can work a bit faster and more efficiently with a small group. All while providing support and encouragement to the team together. Perhaps we can even take a walk around the neighborhood before or after the workout.
Some tentative times/days would be: Tues at 10:am, Weds at 9:30, and/or Fridays at 9 or 10. Pricing will be a flat fee of $99/month for 1x/week (between $19-25 a class).
